　　Your Responsibilities

　　As an Operations Accounting Site Lead for John Deere Cylinder located in Moline, IL , you will have the following responsibilities:

　　Lead annual Normal Volume, Normal Overhead Study, Structure Line, and Lever Planning creation. Also, oversee Standard Costing and CMS reporting.

　　Responsible for tracking monthly overhead spending, creation of monthly budget reports and reviewing with leadership

　　Provide counsel to Business Unit management on proposed projects related to New Business, Sourcing Strategies, Capital Investment Projects, etc.

　　Support Corporate and Division Requirements and Initiatives (CFIN, Project Marvel, Internal Controls)

　　What Skills You Need

　　7 or more years of experience in financial accounting assignments in a manufacturing, marketing, or corporate environment

　　Experience performing financial analysis and working with financial models

　　Ability to work effectively in a team environment

　　Ability to work with functional areas outside of Accounting

　　High level of attention to detail and accuracy

　　What Makes You Stand Out

　　Demonstrated process improvement skills

　　Excellent communication skills including presentation capabilities and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex topics

　　Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Standard Costing Experience (SAP, CMS)

　　Experience with PowerBI

　　Education
