Description
The HFA Service Team Lead acts as a resource for sales colleagues in a sales region. They are responsible for providing sales support for the region’s Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and for the Financial Advisors (FA). This includes but not limited to administrative duties, reporting, onboarding, and other assistance as needed within the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct support to the region's Service Manager for duties as assigned.
Responsible for regional training, additional point of escalation for region, assisting Regional Manager (RM) and others.
Day to day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington in terms of establishment, documentation, maintenance, and servicing of the relationship, including the Digital Experience.
Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems with accounts.
Works directly with the client and/or relationship manager to obtain financial information or other documentation needed for new accounts, loans, and servicing requests.

Builds an effective rapport with clients and Huntington personnel, including branch colleagues.
Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts.
Researches and resolves complex problems regarding service activities and operational issues.
Assists the Advisors by processing and maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, and preparing for meetings and presentations.
Prepares various internal reports, memos, and correspondence.
Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems and related technology, Digital Experience, policies, and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support role
Preferred Qualifications:
· FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 licenses, Series 63
· State Life and Health Licensing
· Investment/Brokerage sales support experience
· Ability to build and expand quality internal customer relationships.
· Ability to multi-task
· MS Suite and Internet proficient
· Ability to multi-task
