  ABOUT THIS ROLEAs the Onsite Support Manager (OSM-AM), you hold a crucial position in ensuring the quality and consistency of operations and services within the Plymouth portfolio. In this comprehensive role, you oversee the Float Residential Specialists and On-call Residential Specialist pool, ensuring seamless coverage in all Plymouth buildings during both planned and unplanned staff absences. Managing after-hours shifts falls within your responsibility, ensuring prompt on-call and float pool services as you participate in a rotation alongside other members of the management team.During daytime hours, your responsibilities extend to supervising the Tenant Support Aid program and potentially overseeing Float Housing Case Managers. These programs provide support to residents across the portfolio, you will be responsible for promoting collaboration and coordination between these staff and the onsite Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) building teams.As the primary administrative user for the PSH's shift management software, you ensure its smooth implementation across the portfolio, prioritizing positive user experiences. Collaborating with Site Directors and Residential Services Managers, you contribute to maintaining robust staffing levels, fostering tenant housing stability, and upholding fair housing practices.Your efforts will align with Plymouth's mission, cultural proficiency principles, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and the 'housing first' philosophy. Your flexibility is evident, as you are required to work swing, overnight, or weekend hours, providing essential supervision and support during the business's 24/7 operations.Your role as the QAM-AM will seamlessly integrate managerial oversight, quality assurance, and direct involvement in onsite support services, thereby playing a vital role in Plymouth's commitment to maintaining high-quality operations and supporting the well-being of residents.In this role, you will be required to work at least one weekend day.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSINGYou will foster teamwork and cooperative approaches among staff.You will collaborate with Site Directors for organized team meetings and effective communication.You will provide support, guidance, and oversight to volunteers/interns.You will proactively implement harm reduction, housing first, and evidence-based models.You will lead and support the Float RS, On-call RS, Tenant Support Aides, and Float HCMs.You will collaborate with building leadership for effective float/on-call placements.You will work with PSH stakeholders to meet coverage needs.You will participate in Plymouth committees, workgroups, and stakeholder collaborations.You will cultivate a collaborative team focused on residents' well-being.You will build and maintain effective relationships with residents, ensuring a safe and inclusive living environment.You will ensure tenants receive quality case management services, addressing barriers.You will manage daily operations in the Site Director's absence and respond to incidents promptly.You will support building staff to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.You will monitor daily log entries, oversee grant compliance, and maintain accurate records.You will drive and supervise float staff, coordinating with building leadership for resident support needs.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES WE NEED FROM YOUYou have a highly developed awareness of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in providing services to tenants and Plymouth staff.You are able to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of voices in support of Plymouth's path of being an anti-racist organization.You have an interest in Plymouth's mission.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.You are able to demonstr
