ABOUT THIS ROLEAs the Onsite Support Manager (OSM-AM), you hold a crucial position in ensuring the quality and consistency of operations and services within the Plymouth portfolio. In this comprehensive role, you oversee the Float Residential Specialists and On-call Residential Specialist pool, ensuring seamless coverage in all Plymouth buildings during both planned and unplanned staff absences. Managing after-hours shifts falls within your responsibility, ensuring prompt on-call and float pool services as you participate in a rotation alongside other members of the management team.During daytime hours, your responsibilities extend to supervising the Tenant Support Aid program and potentially overseeing Float Housing Case Managers. These programs provide support to residents across the portfolio, you will be responsible for promoting collaboration and coordination between these staff and the onsite Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) building teams.As the primary administrative user for the PSH's shift management software, you ensure its smooth implementation across the portfolio, prioritizing positive user experiences. Collaborating with Site Directors and Residential Services Managers, you contribute to maintaining robust staffing levels, fostering tenant housing stability, and upholding fair housing practices.Your efforts will align with Plymouth's mission, cultural proficiency principles, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and the 'housing first' philosophy.
