　　Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or serviceDocument call-related information for auditing and reporting purposesMaintain and update customer information as necessaryUpsell current customers on new or enhanced servicesHigh school diploma or GEDCustomer service experience is a plusStrong computer navigational skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional listening/comprehension skillsProfessional and courteousCustomer orientedWork Environment- Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment- Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems
