Description:
Facilities Coordinator will be the liaison between 2 companies. Sits onsite in Reston and will work directly with executives.
Duties Below.
• Responsible for log of all visitors, US and Foreign, for access, badging, and evacuation purposes.
• Foreign National Visit Request approver.
• Property Management liaison for announcements, notifications, building and physical security issues.
• Receiving and signing for packages, mail and deliveries.
• Ordering, receiving, and signing for catering.
• Coordinating building maintenance and repairs.
• After hours contact and security monitor if work is done after hours or on weekends.
• Maintaining parking permits and access. Keeping a log of employee auto information (rentals, loaners, new cars).
• Directing phone inquiries to appropriate person or facility.
• Maintaining/ordering general office/kitchen supplies.
• Coordinate AED/CPR training for office personnel. Coordinating AED upkeep/maintenance.
• Maintaining First Aid supplies.
• Arrange transportation for visitors when necessary.
• Provide WiFi access for visitors as well as employees.
• Provide loaner presentation clicker and laptop adaptors for conferences.
• Audio visual/video conference support.
• Conference room set-up/scheduling
• Provide temporary badging and access when employees forget their badge.
• Citizenship verifier for badging.
• Vendor management, i.e.- copiers, shredding, repairs and maintenance, etc.
• Locker assignments, combination resets
• Back-up/issues with the Visitor Kiosk
• Security Badge management
• Audio visual/video conference support
• Assist with travel reservations
• Assist with Expense Reports
Shift: •
M-F schedule: 8am – 4pm OR 9am – 5pm
