Refund Plus Examiner - Intake

　　$17/hour

　　Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

One of the largest insurance providers in the country, located in Siouxland, is hiring for a Refund Plus Examiner -Intake Rep. If you are someone who likes working on the computer, enjoys data entry, and wants to work in an office setting, then this job is for you!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Date Entry

　　Reviewing loan documents for accuracy

　　Retrieving information from different databases for review

　　Occasional calls

　　Requirements:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　Former customer service experience

　　Dependable and reliable

　　Strong computer skills – MS Office Suite

　　Strong attention to detail and organization skills

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent communication skills
