　　FLSA Status: On-Call; Non-Exempt

　　Scope of Position/Essential Functions:

　　The Program Support position will undertake all maintenance and repair jobs including minor construction. They will perform maintenance tasks of great variety, such as painting and patching, carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical.

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

　　Proven experience working in the field of maintenanceKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing, solid carpentry skills, patching and painting skillsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesManual dexterity and problem solving skillsAble to successfully pass Criminal BackgroundEssential Functions:

　　Responsible for the upkeep and minor repairs of building and groundsMaintain neat, clean, and safe work environment including responsibility for inventory of supplies, equipment, and machinery necessary for effective job performanceAssist with maintaining and servicing utilities in heat, electrical, plumbing and powerGeneral maintenance of facilities and property within scope of abilityInterior painting as neededMaintain the grounds by mowing, sweeping, shoveling, snow removal, and spreading sand to prevent slipping on walkways and parking areas as neededPromptly addresses spills and stains (prioritizing based on safety).Shampoo carpets as needed on a regular basisWax and Buff floors as needed on annual basisInventory, clean, and store tools and equipmentStock supplies and materials needed, and keep storage areas neat and orderlyGeneral cleaning of properties as directed by supervisorAssist with Food Bank duties such as helping unload food pantry pick ups.Provide excellent customer serviceOther reasonably related duties as assignedPhysical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms on a continuous basis. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 85 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to understand written information.
