　　Your Role:

　　As the Specialty Gas Business Controller, you will act as a financial advisor to our Specialty Gas Business and provide financial decision making on various operational and strategic matters. You will provide forecasts and bring transparency into business drivers, risks & opportunities and identify levers to improve financial performance. Besides preparing and analyzing monthly financial results, forecasts, and operating plans, you will have the opportunity to engage with the business on highly strategic topics, such as transformations and work on business cases and projects. You will support business-relevant analyses to support Controlling and business reviews, covering sales, internal spending, and ad hoc requests. You will ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines. You will have full P&L ownership for the business and will coordinate your business performance with other controlling functions e.g. ISC

　　The preferred location for this role is the Allentown, PA area. This role can also be located in the Tempe, AZ area. This is a hybrid role.

　　Who You Are:

　　Minimum Qualifications: 

　　Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or other related field5+ years relevant experience in a Controlling roleExperience in a global/international environment with in-depth knowledge in the areas of financial management, controlling, and accountingPreferred Qualifications:

　　Masters degree in Finance/MBA and 3+ yrs relevant experienceOutstanding financial analysis skills.
