  This Position is for an Office Service Specialist with a company located in Glen Allen VA.

  Job Summary: We are seeking qualified candidates for an Office Services Specialist at our Corporate in Glen Allen, VA. Responsibilities include general office, mailroom and maintenance support. The Office Services Specialist provides customer focused services in a timely manner.

    This position is:

    Fully on-site.

  Duties And Responsibilities: Mail room operations including the following functions: receive, sort, review and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and package shipments. Provide the Corporate Headquarters staff with shipping support which includes large shipments of products to industry trade shows and working items through international customs. Support all departments with mailing, shipping, and packaging questions. Coordinate office maintenance issues with our landlord and/or external vendors. Provide basic maintenance and logistic needs to include office moves, cube builds, setup and breakdown for large meetings, replacing locks, signs and office décor. Assist with purchasing, maintaining, and distributing basic company supplies. Assist with Fire and Safety inspections.

  Education and Qualifications: High school diploma (or GED)/ 1 years' experience in a mail room or office services environment/ Strong organizational skills/ Computer literacy with Microsoft Office required. A valid Virginia Driver's License is required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds daily and 50 pounds regularly.
