　　First Class has been in business for over 30 years specializing in Building Maintenance for Commercial and Residential customers. Here at First Class we provide a large range of services including:

　　Window cleaningPowerwashingFloor careWater proofing and air barrierSite clean upsJoints, sealants, and caulkingInterior and exterior paintingWe are currently in need of a part-time Office Manager (25-30 hours per week).

　　Qualifications:

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including ExcelExperience with QuickbooksHours:

　　25 to 30 hours per week9 a.m. to 2 p.m.Monday through Friday
