　　Opportunity: Do you have a talent for coordination and supportingmarketing efforts to promote a brand? Do you have a passion forcreativity and design? If so, we are looking for a dynamic andresourceful Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our companysgrowth and engagement! In this role, you will be responsible for avariety of marketing and design tasks, including creating marketingmaterials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating eventlogistics. You will also work closely with the marketing team to developand execute marketing campaigns. This vital role will provide essentialsupport to ensure the team\'s success and smooth operation.

　　This position will be hybrid - working in the Buhler, KS office andremotely.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Manage and organize the marketing event/tactic calendar to ensure forproper preparation and planning

　　Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and updatinginformation (system efficiencies)

　　Coordinate the marketing logistics for community events setting the teamup for successful events

　　Design and coordinate marketing material(s) (i.e. brochure, socialmedia, giveaways, t-shirts) required for specific events.

　　Record and edit customer and employee marketing videos as directed byMarketing Manager to meet business objectives

　　Provide support with preparing and sending marketing materials

　　Support with tracking and gathering marketing analytics to handoff toanalytics team

　　Assist in administration of Ideateks social media accounts

　　Communication support- responding and sending updates to communitycontacts

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company, includingsales, project management, human resources, to ensure marketing effortsalign with overall business goals

　　Assist with special projects and offer general support as needed toensure team success

　　Qualifications

　　3+ years of professional work

　　Experience using Illustrator and InDesign

　　Basic computer skills (experience in MS Office and/or Google)

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Ability to work some evenings and weekends to attend events.

　　Preferences:

　　Experience using Photoshop

　　Familiarity with Wordpress

　　Telecommunications industry experience

　　Strong Preferences:

　　Associates Degree in Graphics Design, Communications or similar
