Office Manager needed in the construction industry with proven work experience. Candidate will coordinate all day to day business interactions from phone call, front door reception and email; be responsible for reviewing timesheets; preparing payroll; working with project manager and superintendents to create invoices for billings; entering accounts payable data and creating checks; keeping track of on hand inventory; other day to day work and other assigned tasks. Good organization, multitasking abilities, Ability to be self driven and communication skills are a must along with knowledge of QuickBooks, excel and Microsoft word. Candidate will work closely and share common company goals with company owners and managers; enjoy a fast pace & demanding atmosphere and be a flexible team player. Valid drivers license and ability to lift 25 pounds. It is a plus, but not required, to have a knowledge in construction and DOT regulations. Successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Hours will be Monday - Friday 8-5 with an hour lunch. Pay between $20- $23 an hour, depending on experience. Apply in person at 2318 S. HWY 191. Position is open until filled.
