Description:
Client is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their Inbound Transportation. As the company continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
-Monitor, verify, and present data daily
-Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
-Identify transportation defect root causes
-Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers
-Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
-Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls spacer
Other day to day duties:
• Inbound supply chain team (30% of inbound loads)
• Support for Shippers with defects
• Working with external stakeholders
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
• Lead weekly calls with shippers
• Lead daily business reviews with shippers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of customer service experience required, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred but not needed
• Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals and understanding of basic data analytical skills
• Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
• Interpersonal and customer service skills – will need to present to shippers and conduct business reviews
