Conductprogram orientation and intake/admission with program participants witha brief psycho/social history of the participant. Conduct office visitswith participants, and document them in the case notes. Learn to utilizethe program database and perform data entry of participant information.Maintain participant hard files and assist with Quality Assurance checksand filing. Conduct WCCA record checks on program participants. Conductand record Random Breathalyzer Tests and Urinalysis Drug Testing. Learnthe basics of SCRAM CAM and Remote Breath, including installation,removal, data entry in the SCRAM net website, and equipment downloads.Assist Program staff with writing accurate and complete written reportsto the court to include regular updates as well as non-compliancereports. This will include contacting and following up with treatmentproviders to obtain updated treatment information. Anticipated Duration:Minimum of 1 semester and at least 12 hours per week (can be full orpart-time,). Office hours are currently 8:30 A.M to 6:00 P.M. Monday andThursday, 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M Tuesday and Wednesday, and 8:30 A.M to1:00 P.M Friday. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00Monday through Thursday. Preferred hours for part-time internship wouldlikely be mornings. Depending on possible position openings, thisinternship could lead to regular full-time or pert-time employment. WorkRelationship and Scope: Reports directly to the Assistant ProgramDirector.
