About Call Center Rep WED - SUN Shift

  IMMEDIATE HIRE - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

  ON SITE CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT

  FULL TIME POSITION THAT OFFERS LONG TERM STABILITY AND ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT!

  Open Shifts:

  Wed - Sun 8AM - 4PM

  Wed - Sun 4PM - 12AM

  VALLEY STREAM, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)

  FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!

  Qualifications:

  2 years of customer service experience

  Ability to manage high volume phone calls

  Excellent communication skills

  Microsoft Office proficient

  Responsibilities:

  · Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  · Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

  · Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  · Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

  · Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

  · Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

  · Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

  · Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
