  Position: Office Clerk

  Status: Full-time, Hourly Non Exempt Pay Range: $16 - $18

  Join our growing team in an entry level position as an Office Clerk. You will enjoy a fast paced work environment with varied tasks throughout your work day.

  Job Duties (Essential Functions include but not limited to)

  Prepare all outgoing mail for post office- including and not limited to collation, document insertion, postage, completing all necessary paperwork, internal deliveries.

  Pick up and Deliver mail to the Post Office – a minimum of two times per day.

  Create documents, maintain both physical and electronic files, including encrypted documents and e-mail correspondence.

  Prepare, process and review: invoices, debit/credit batches and statements on a weekly/bimonthly/monthly schedule.

  Assist Accounts Receivable with preparation of incoming receivables, cash application, monthly/bimonthly automatic payment processing.

  Provide coverage for the corporate office receptionist, this will include greeting guests, use of a mutli-line phone system, UPS shipment preparation, rewards support.

  Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  Qualifications:

  High School Diploma or equivalent.

  Strong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multi-task.

  Excellent communication, verbal, written and active listening.

  Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook, for communication as well as analyzing data.

  Problem solving, Critical thinking and decision making abilities.

  Possess valid State issued driver license

  Work in sitting or standing position for periods of up to three hours.

  Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

  Must be available to work overtime as required and Saturday mornings as needed.
