Powder Coat Painter

　　Description:

　　Painting machine components for paint

　　Using abrasive blasting technology in the most efficient manner possible. Experience is preferred in large scale paint line abrasive blasting systems.

　　Will be primarily painting, but will help with prep and end of line duties as well

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Powder coat panting the parts for the line

　　Prep machine components for pain using abrasive blasting technology in the most efficient manner possible

　　Unload components when arrived

　　Locate and place components in proper locations

　　Assist in loading parts on carriers on the paint line

　　Move carriers throughout paint line

　　Prep components for paint with the primary use of an aggregate blast system

　　Locate, interpret, and follow engineering prints to inspect for proper manufacturing of parts

　　Follow all company safety rules and regulations

　　Keep work area clean and organized

　　Responsible for the proper use, and care of company tools

　　Train and become certified in the use of forklifts, cranes, and other necessary machines

　　Follow all quality standards and procedures

　　Skills:

　　painting, blasting, blast, Forklift, Loading, paint prep

　　Additional Requirements:

　　1 year of industrial painting experience - ideally metal shop, but not required

　　Ability to be on feet for 10+ hour shifts

　　Able to move and bend under and around large equipment

　　Experience Level:

　　Entry Level
