Office clerks perform various duties including a combination of answering telephones, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. 　　Job Duties:

　　Manage and organize office documents, records, and files.

　　Assist with data entry and database management tasks.

　　Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.

　　Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information.

　　Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.

　　Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

　　Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

　　Coordinate and support various administrative tasks as assigned.

　　Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

　　Follow established procedures and protocols for document handling and record keeping.

　　Requirements

　　Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Familiarity with office equipment like printers, copiers, and scanners.

　　Basic knowledge of office procedures and protocols.

　　Adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.

　　Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
