The PartsSpecialist I is responsible for providing accurate service partsinformation to our authorized dealer network under general supervisionwith some guidance from leadership and higher-level Parts Specialists.Assist customers with questions, requests, and issues. Effectivelyresearch, document, track and monitor customers\' requests and issues toensure timely resolution. Essential Duties: Provides accurateinformation to the Dealer Network in a friendly manner. Administratesinbound and outbound customer contacts and uses existing procedures tosolve routine customer contacts. Order Management - Maintain partsorders with standard SAP transactions Other Duties as assigned and thefollowing Achieves Service metrics goals for customer contacts Escalatescustomer contacts appropriately ensuring a soft transition if an inquiryis beyond scope of knowledge Maintains business and product knowledgethrough training and continuing education Performs other duties asassigned Minimal Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Atleast one year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls orworking in a customer support role Preferred Qualifications: AssociateDegree Bilingual Spanish Electrical or mechanical ability Previousexperience using SAP or equivalent ERP Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to communicate verbally and inwriting in a professional manner Basic order/inventory management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft office suite Basic problem-solving skillsAbility to remain calm in high-stress situations Ability to workindependently with attention to detail Can do attitude with emphasis onteamwork Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, theemployee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands tomanipulate objects or controls.
