Description

　　Robert Half is on the lookout for five Office Assistants to support a healthcare organization with a vaccination clinic in Downtown Portland. This is a temporary opportunity to contribute to a crucial cause, and this position will be fully onsite.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Answering phone calls and providing essential information

　　Greeting patients with a warm welcome and addressing their inquiries

　　Utilizing EPIC for patient check ins

　　Scheduling second dose appointments efficiently

　　Facilitating smooth communication between various department teams

　　Providing support for other clerical duties as required

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of customer service experience in an office support environment required

　　Previous experience with EPIC or EMR is advantageous but not mandatory

　　Front desk experience is a plus

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Strong time management skills
