Office Administrative Assistant $18/hr or more DOE

　　Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

　　A Law Firm in Spencer, Iowa is looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to provide administrative support tasks to the Attorney's. Must have worked in a legal firm.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist Clients and Walk-Ins

　　Draft letters

　　File electronic documents

　　Route mail

　　Transcribe dictated documents

　　Run daily errands & manage day to day tasks

　　Screen calls

　　Order office supplies

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Requirements

　　HS Diploma/GED

　　1 year office experience and Previously worked in a legal office

　　Detail oriented

　　Proficiency for word processing

　　Interpersonal skills

　　Able to maintain confidentiality

　　Pay & Benefits:

　　Starting Pay: $18/hr or more DOE

　　Paid Every Friday!
