　　BASF Coatings Group employs 11,400 people operating in more than 70 sites worldwide. In 2021,we achieved global sales of about €3.4 billion!

　　We currently have a day and an evening shift role available at our customer in Springhill, TN. This will be a Monday-Friday shift with occasional Saturdays.

　　As an OEM Customer Site Service Representative, You Create Chemistry By...

　　Supporting the daily operation of BASF automotive paint products in Customer OEM plant.

　　Providing on-site technical and application expertise of product performance including color management, defect identification, and corrective action if necessary.

　　Assuring product performance meets or exceeds customer expectations.

　　Responding to customer requirements, enforcing product quality/performance specification, and supporting new product/application development.

　　Supports the efforts of a BASF sales/technical team to assure value to the customer for product technical support, problem investigation, analysis, and resolution.

　　Managing existing relationships and developing new ones.

　　What we look for...

　　An ingrained safety mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.

　　Data mindset. You will collect and analyze technical data to identify and resolve issues for your customers.

　　Attention to detail in following written procedures, work instructions and JSAs. Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.

　　Solid track record of working independently. Leadership potential and flexibility that showcases a willingness to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
