Se asegura del cumplimiento de 5’S

　　Revisión de cortos y requerimientos al almacén en base a plan de producción

　　Seguimiento de ordenes activadas en el LRS para el surtimiento en tiempo y forma

　　Aseguramiento de la disponibilidad oportuna de los materiales en los cambios de modelo a realizar durante el turno

　　Entrega de BOM a materialistas al inicio de turno y cada cambio de modelo

　　Verificar que los retornos realizados por el materialista sean correctos.

　　Asegurar la veracidad de materia prima en línea de producción

　　Realizan conteos ciclos de discrepancias detectadas y elaborar formato de ajuste.

　　Analizar pull list para revisión de cortos en kan ban, almacén y/o bodegas y hacer los requerimientos

　　Supervisar el uso correcto de las herramientas de trabajo

　　Seguimiento en las actividades de implementación de SPS.

　　Cumplimiento de reglamento interior de trabajo

　　Participar en análisis de causa raíz.

　　Usar el EPP

　　Reportar cualquier acto y/o condición insegura e impactos de manera negativa al medio ambiente.

　　Identifica oportunidades de mejora y las comunica a supervisor de materiales.

　　Soporte en la implementación de mejoras

　　Realizar backflush a unidades

　　Seguimiento a materiales detenidos por calidad
