　　Job Description:

　　Assist with analysis and create work flow and process flow diagrams. Transform business requirements into functional specifications, focusing on workflow analysis and design, business process reengineering, user interface design, and process flow modeling. Interact with SME's/business teams from the client side. Conceptualize ideas for improvement in current processes/business flows. Work closely with IT developers to interpret and explain business and functional requirements. Work with users and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements using various techniques. Identify functional and non-functional requirements and business rules and then subsequently model them. Assist the business in developing IT tactical and strategic tools to support the business unit's goals such as finance reporting, production, and customer service. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Requires Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus two (2) years experience in the job offered, or related IT or engineering role. *Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as determined by a qualified evaluation service as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Base Salary: $86,632- $108,243/Year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
