　　This team is in place to ensure that as a business, they are meeting the execution of RCSA and Control efforts within the Markets and Investments group. They are in the 2nd phase of RCSA execution and need several individuals to come in and drive the facilitation of RCSA efforts for the team. The primary focus is to participate in workshops with Market and Investment group business teams, discuss projects within the organization, and facilitate RCSA focuses throughout the group, as well as identify risk factors. They will be working hand-in-hand with the facilitator, almost as a project coordinator, by assisting with scheduling meetings, sending meeting notes, guiding business teams, and ensuring that projects are streamlined towards risk and controls alleviation factors.

　　They need a candidate that has specifically done Risk and Controls work for an investment banking or markets team/company. They feel that having someone that has done risk, compliance or controls work for consumer banking, IT, or other financially focused teams would not be able to pick up the work because the skill set will require investment banking or markets (specifically fixed income and structured products) knowledge.

　　Experience working on risk facilitation teams

　　Experience using ServiceNow for documenting business risk cases

　　Understanding of business focused enterprise-wide risk

　　The candidate would need to have approximately 5-7 years of investment banking or markets experience

　　Be able to be highly analytical, and understand controls data, along with the ability to connect the dots to source data and understand the needs and requirements of that information.

　　Light project management and coordination skills

　　The only systems skills that are required is light Excel (VLookups)

　　They would prefer candidates that have experience working with investments systems (i.e. Bloomberg), but this is not required

　　Handle RCSA facilitation and execution work (facilitate conversations and ensure the business completes the artifacts in a timely and efficient manner.

　　Will be assigned an RAU or two and begin working with the business lines to collect data, update process documents, and answer questions related to what risks the busienss should pull in to align with the broader enterprise risk policies.
