　　Per-Diem, Day ShiftRequired Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

　　Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree - Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

　　OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

　　Membership in state and national professional organizations upon hire.

　　Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility

　　Experience in outpatient setting.

　　Experience in inpatient setting.

　　Experience with pediatrics.

　　Experience in hand therapy.
