　　Job Description:

　　Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures

　　Functions as expert in consultative role both internally and externally to business, academia, government, and community

　　Develops applicable policies where none exist at corporate level

　　Guides development of policy initiatives that impact occupational and environmental health and safety at all levels

　　Routinely provides analysis & advice to management, division, corporate without an occupational & environmental health service

　　Responsible to develop and coordinate integrated health and disability management program

　　Builds and validates scientific knowledge base and conceptual models of occupational and EHS

　　Develops and evaluates populations risk reduction and health surveillance programs

　　Designs systems for integration of health promotion strategies

　　Influences occupational and environmental health public policy and research-related decisions

　　Receives general direction from management, may oversee and manage multiple sire and/or shifts, operational complexity and breadth of responsibility varies
