JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary/Objective: To assist with receiving and distribution of suppliesand materials to all buildings within the district.
Essential Functions:Handles, lifts, or carries any or all materials in the warehouse.Loads, transports, and delivers all materials according to schedule.Examines condition of shipments received and delivered, noting anydamages, mis-counts, etc.Unpacks and verifies shipments received against the packing clip andpurchase order for any discrepancies.Checks delivery truck and equipment to ensure it is in safe, workingcondition daily.Delivers and picks up special orders.Cleans and maintains order in the warehouse.Assists with stocking warehouse supplies.Assists with inventory counts and controls.Sets up orders for the district buildings.Fills in on other delivery routes.Transports confidential materials.Removes snow and ice from loading and unloading areas.Removes trash.Transports bank deposits.
