　　Lithia Ford of Boise is looking to add a full-time Express Lube Service Advisor to our growing Service Department! Lithia Motors is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country providing best-in-class service experience. 　　Who are we looking for?

　　Previous experience as a dealership Service Advisor.

　　CDK experience, helpful!

　　Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction.

　　General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations.

　　Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

　　Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills.

　　Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record – required.

　　Computer proficient.

　　Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

　　The ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere.
