The Nutrition Service Aide is also responsible for ensuring proper cash handling procedures, assisting guests, replenishing and cleaning items in the cafe, preparing and serving food and beverages. Actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values and guiding principles of Maple Grove Hospital. Hours: 4-9 pm during the week and every other weekend. *hours subject to change based upon business needs Requirements Education * High School diploma or equivalent preferred. * Must be 16 years of age. Experience * 1 year of experience in the food service industry preferred. * Barista experience preferred. * Cashier experience preferred. * Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations. * Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information clearly and concisely, both in written and oral form, in a manner appropriate to the audience. * Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict in a positive manner.
