  Job Description:

  Gardiner Family Medicine, a hospital-employed outpatient Family Medicine practice is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their incredible team!

  Join a collegial team of physicians and advanced practice providers, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a licensed clinical social worker in providing a full range of health care services for patients. Manage your own panel of patients, providing team-based care in collaboration with the practice medical staff and care management. Call responsibility is typically one long weekend every 12 weeks and 1-2 days per month. Calls are initially triaged by a nurse who will transfer to the on-call provider as necessary. Once established within the practice, there may be potential for partial remote work responsibilities, is dependent upon the needs of the practice and patient care.

  Although direct clinical experience as a NP or PA is strongly preferred, a new graduate with extensive related experience will be considered.
