　　Responsibilities

　　Ascension St Vincent Williamsport is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well established practice in rural Williamsport and Veedersburg, Indiana

　　Excellent and stable support staff

　　Patient base consists of new and existing adolescent through geriatric patients

　　Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

　　See approx 20+ patients per day

　　Join 3 MD's and 1 NP

　　Requirements

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration:

　　BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

　　Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

　　Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

　　Education:
