About Nurse Practitioner

　　Avera is looking to add a Full Time NP/ PA in Granite Falls and Tyler, MN locations.

　　One- 24-hour shift per week (every Wednesday) in Tyler Emergency Department

　　One weekend per month plus one extra weekend per year-weekends are Friday 8:00 AM to Monday 8:00 AM.

　　Work in the clinic on Wednesday and Thursday each week in Tyler

　　Two- 12-hour shifts in the Emergency Department in Granite Falls per month.

　　This position is an exempt position with extra compensation if you were to pick up extra shifts.

　　Great Benefits Package

　　80 hours every 2 weeks

　　Weekends and some holidays are required.
