　　We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit. Your primary goal is to work closely with the Director of PCU to provide leadership and direction to the entire PCU team and to make sure they continue to deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with the entire PCU staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care. 　　In this critical care environment, you will monitor the delivery of high quality patient care and in evaluating patient optimal outcomes

　　You will manage day to day operations involving scheduling, patient-team rounding, and in ensuring patient and family satisfaction

　　You will work with all facets of the clinical and administrative team, including Director, educator, resource nurse, physicians, HR, etc.

　　You will provide leadership skills to assist with employee performance evaluations, counseling of staff, and provide guidance and support with compliance and regulatory agencies

　　In absence of the Director, you will oversee departmental operations

　　Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
