　　As a Registered Nurse Manager (RN), you will work under the supervision of the Director to help oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department. You will assist in guiding the department’s growth, patient satisfaction, physician’s relations and fiscal goals. We have an amazing and fast acting team who work together in stressful situations, always putting the patients first.

　　You will need to maintain expert clinical knowledge of all areas within the unit.

　　As a leader on the team you will be helping us interview, hire and orient new team members as well as assessing employee work performance for current employees.

　　Our team consistently Maintains quality audits and monitors daily core measures.

　　Being a part of a hands on team means you assist with patient flow, and taking patient assignments as needed.

　　Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

　　Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
