　　Shift(s) Available: Day Shift

　　Principal Accountabilities:

　　Perform daily operations of the facility safely, efficiently and profitably.

　　Perform facility operations such as receiving and shipping of seed, fertilizer and chemical.

　　Ensure proper handling and storage of seed and crop inputs products.

　　Perform basic maintenance and operator care of equipment.

　　Maintain inventory records, perform counts and investigate discrepancies.

　　Provide excellent customer service and engage with team members.

　　Coordinate operations, support sales and customer service activities.

　　Administrate transactions for shipping, receiving and customer payments.

　　Collaborate with the Sales and Agronomy team to execute on customer sales and product forecasting.

　　Portray a professional image, both personally and throughout the location.

　　Liaison with internal and external supplier contacts.

　　Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

　　Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

　　Lead safety related activities for the facility: safety training, maintain regulatory and compliance requirements.

　　Conduct regular site inspections, hold monthly safety meetings with staff to review procedures and safety awareness issues.

　　Other duties as assigned under the direction of the Retail Manager and Plant Manger.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.

　　Must be 18 years or older.

　　Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

　　Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).

　　Basic use of a computer.

　　Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

　　Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).

　　Must possess a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license in good standing authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment and be able to safely operate a 5 ton delivery van.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice.

　　Basic mechanical aptitude,
