Element Boulder has a current opening for a Clinical Recruitment Specialist tojoin our growing team in Boulder, CO. The Clinical Recruitment Specialistwill research, develop, and implement effective scheduling and consentingstrategies to ensure that we have participants available for each study andmeet the requirements for the Clinical Trials performed at Element Boulder.Responsibilities
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment processCollaborates with Study Managers to ensure that we have the correctparticipants available in the datatbase or initate a recruitment process toensure we can meet the requirements of the studyIdentifies and implements efficient and effective scheduling and consentingmethods and strategies based on the Study, industry standards, and theneeds of the organizationScreens applications and selects qualified candidatesOversees preparation of recruitment questions and other participantqualification materialsEnsures compliance with Institutional Review Board regulations, and companypoliciesAttends and participates in off site recruiting sessions when neededScheduling and Consenting of Participants for each studyOther duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for avariety of studiesProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable torecruitmentProficient with or the ability to quickly learn Participant Database softwareor other recruitment systemsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient with Web Design and Social Media InterfaceFrequency of required physical force: Occasional (moderate)Lifting requirements: lifting 25 lbs. sporadicallyAbility to stand on feet for long periods of timeAbility to lift 25+lbs periodicallyWork is performed mainly indoors#LI-TK1
