　　This is part-time with a total of 10 hours per week with the schedule being negotiable. It pays $30.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience.

　　DUTIES:

　　Collaborate with program staff to provide integrated program plans to meet the needs of residents of the Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Group Home.

　　Assess healthcare needs as ordered by physicians and monitor implementation of directives and orders.

　　Assure documentation related to medical status is thorough and entered in a timely fashion.

　　Collaborate with other team members for formulation and monitoring of PCP goals.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Graduate of an RN program approved and accredited by the Maine State Board of Nursing. Possess a current valid RN license in the State of Maine. Experience with IDD and autism population preferred but not required.
