Position Title: Nozzle Tech, B Shift

　　Location: Winchester, VA

　　Reports To: Technical Supervisor

　　As a Nozzle Cleaning Tech in the Commercial Group, located in Winchester, VA you will report to a technical supervisor. This position cleans, repairs and stores structural foam nozzles, blocks, caps and bolts using hand tools, air tools and oxyacetylene torches. This position will also work with an outside vendor to exchange nozzle rods.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Cleans and repairs Structural Foam nozzles, blocks, caps and bolts

　　Controls inventory and orders parts for nozzles

　　Aids in cleaning of Injection Molding screws, NRV and nozzles

　　Housekeeping, 5S standards and maintenance PM sheets

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

　　Good written and verbal communication skills

　　Must be able to pass Level #1 Technical Test Battery

　　Candidate must be able to work under physically demanding conditions with heavy lifting and hot working conditions

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Must be able to work under minimal supervision and deal with frequent interruptions

　　Must be able to prioritize

　　Basic computer skills
