　　Position Summary

　　The Commercial Banker Trainee works through a training rotational program through various functions of the bank over a period of up to 56 weeks. The Commercial Banker Trainee receives exposure, education, and practical hands-on experience in all elements of the commercial lending process.

　　Upon successful completion of the program, the Bank Trainee may be considered for a Commercial Loan Officer or Credit Analyst position.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Create value in each job function by completing assigned learning objectives.Collaborate and engage in team learning, projects, and other assigned team-based tasks.Prepare thorough and concise memos, spread sheets, reports, summaries and opinions as assigned within established timelines.Contribute to bank-wide projects while following specific and detailed instructions.Participate in Loan Committee meetings as requested.Complete online, written and in-person compliance training within established timeframes.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

　　Education

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field.High School Diploma and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a professional, service focused and fast-pace environment may be considered.Experience

　　Two years of banking or relevant business experience.Financial accounting/analysis experience preferred.Related military education/experience may be used as a substitute for education or work experience.Full Time, Non-Exempt
