Main responsibilities will include:
Manage the operational coordination of local Fleet Management, serving as the point of contact for fleet-related queries via shared inbox, telephone, and Teams.
Maintain leasing contracts, ensuring control of offers against agreed metrics, coordinating the signature process, and archiving contracts and related documents.
Keep driver profiles up to date in lease partner’s portals.
Collaborate with the EMEA Fleet Manager to harmonize local fleet management processes, including setting up car order, maintenance, and return processes.
Follow up parking contracts with employee onboarding and offboarding, updating portals
Handle various reporting tasks, including sending updated car benefit values to payroll, reconciling current values monthly, tracking speeding and parking tickets, and providing monthly fleet cost analysis.
Participate in Total Cost Ownership reviews, initiate car policy updates, and contribute to financial follow-up by controlling vendor invoices.
Engage in process improvement projects.
About you
Degree in International Business, Finance, or similar
Background in Fleet Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Leasing, or related field.
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets
Good understanding of financial reporting
Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish (any other Nordic language is a plus).
Knowledge of cars and automotive technology is desired.
Driven individual with strong administrative, coordination, and analytical skills.
