Position: LVN Nursing Coordinator

　　Location: Oakland, CA

　　Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour

　　Schedule: Full-Time Thursday - Monday, PM Shift

　　Length: Minimum 13 Weeks Assignment

　　ABOUT THE FACILITY

　　The nonprofit facility committed to ending homelessness — and help people living with mental illness recover. It offers a short-term residential alternative to psychiatric hospitalization, or support following hospitalization. Assists individuals in active psychiatric distress who need support to cope and heal.

　　THE ROLE

　　The Nursing Coordinator is part of a mental and health care team providing medical case management coordination and care to participants. The facility is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for full-time at its crisis treatment programs helping the vulnerable individuals.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Valid LVN/LPN license

　　Preferred background working with mental health individuals

　　Bilingual English and Spanish desirable.

　　Valid California driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage.
