　　Job Summary:

　　The Quality and Process Engineering (Q&PE) organization is looking for a candidate that is familiar in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods that can work with internal P&W business units, suppliers and partners to develop and continuously improve NDT systems. As a member of the Q&PE NDT team, you will provide quality engineering support to our method activities, such as FPI, X-Ray, Eddy Current Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic, etc.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Provide support to inspection method certified L3s and other method owners.

　　Utilization of UG or modeling software to layout designs as required for the respective inspection.

　　Identification of process improvements and cycle time reductions.

　　Ability to work with several IPT’s to provide status reports.

　　Communicate with team leadership and management on status and risks to program schedule and coverage.

　　Create part specific inspection sheets to insure maximum repeatable coverage of the region of interest is accomplished.

　　Participate in weekly status and priority meetings to upper management.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in the non destructive test methods and familiarity with process and procedures.

　　Proficiency in Teamcenter, Unigraphics NX.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a consistent record of collaboration, innovation, and initiative.

　　Experience with MS Office products.

　　Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

　　The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
