Thisposition is responsible for the compliance to all customer and NADCAPnondestructive testing requirements for ultrasonic operations at ATIForged Products Cudahy and Appleton Operations. The candidate isresponsible for the operational planning and execution of theNon-Destructive Testing Departments. Summary Be the primary contact forthe operational planning, scheduling and hiring for all NDT hourly andsalary positions for the Wisconsin Operations Using the Level III team,administer the training and certification programs for NDT technicalpersonnel. Oversee the daily operational needs of the teams. Using dailymanagement drive accountability of the teams to meet the business needs.Lead continuous improvement activities to improve operationalefficiencies within the departments. Support the continued rapid growthwithin our aerospace and defense markets.
