  When you’re part of the Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand you’re more than just a job title, that's why we’re looking for a full time Front Office Night Manager who can make our guests stay a seamless one they'll always remember!

  Crowne Plaza's Night Manager will lead the Night Team and deliver customer service support, balance the books, and perform other essential accounting tasks to help us stay one step ahead of tomorrow during our late-night shifts. The Night Manager will also ensure the safety, security, and smooth running of all other hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management.

  Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures

  Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requests

  Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries

  Running or overseeing night audit property management systems or manual equivalents

  Performing other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests

  What we need from you:

  A background in Hotel Front Office operations. Experience in similar role would be highly regarded

  Proficiency in systems such as Opera is favourable, or systems and detail orientated

  The ability to multitask and work well under pressure

  Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing

  Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments

  Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft suite

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Strong customer service skills to adapt to all guest requests at a premium level
