　　Your Day-to-Day:The Supervisor, Software Development within Global Engineering Services, Digital Design and Configuration Management, reports to the Senior Manager, Computer Aided Engineering and Digital Design. The Supervisor will be responsible to:Manage and lead the overall governance of the WNEXUS Software Suite, consistent with the strategic vision of internal and external clientsStaff the appropriate individuals to both develop and guide the WNEXUS platformProvide guidance and learning opportunities for the software developers reporting to the SupervisorWork with the Software Architect to ensure an effective mentoring and skill development program is in place and activeWork with Project Manager to ensure appropriate assignment of tasks to developers and product engineersSupport the Product Engineer in overall guidance and connection of the applications to each other and outside tools (CAD, Other data sources)Manage overall development prioritization inline with changing requests throughout the yearInterfacing and guiding product owners to understand and execute the overall program vision for the WNEXUS Software Suite of ApplicationsWork with the Product Engineer and Software Architect to standardize the software lifecycle process in Global Engineering ServicesWho You Are:As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineeringor related degree with a strong background in software developmentMinimum 5years working in a software development environment;Minimum 2+ years leading a team of individuals in software developmentKnowledge in typical Software Development tools and languages, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, Agile, ScrumPreferred: Training or experience managing a team using Agile methodology in project execution.
