Position Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Custodian/Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our school facilities during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting classrooms, offices, hallways, and other areas as assigned.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.

Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

Assist with setting up and breaking down for special events or activities as needed.

Notify management of any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during the shift.

Follow established safety procedures and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
