　　Job Title: Summer Woodward Copper Sports Camp Activities Foreman

　　Job Status: Seasonal

　　Compensation and Benefits:- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $20.50 to $22.80+, actualpay will be adjusted based on experience.- Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass foremployees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. 　　Job Summary:The Woodward Copper Sports Camp Activities Foreman is responsible forimplementing all the activity needs associated with Woodward at Copper summercamp.

　　Activities Foreman will be an integral part of all-around camp life. They willbe responsible for assisting counselors at any time during their shifts.

　　Activities Foreman will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of thecamp activities; recreational opportunities, snow competitions and anyother duties that will benefit the campers during their stay. They will needto assist in implementation of all camp activities from start to finish whichincludes but not limited; camper sign up, activity setup, prizecollection, directing campers to the activities, breakdown of theactivity, etc

　　The Woodward Copper Summer Camp Activities Foreman will be responsible forliving on site at Copper Mountains to assist counselors in overseeing eachgroup of campers and tending to their unique needs. They will, at times,have additional responsibilities including monitoring counselor and camperwhereabouts, assisting counselors with camper's wake-up and bedtimeresponsibilities, leading the activities with camper recreation, andensuring campers' psychological needs are met.

　　Activities Foreman will communicate with camp office, as well as thecampers' coaches and medical staff, when necessary, to ensure anyphysical and psychological needs are attended. Camp Counselors will conveyimportant communication to the camp office, as well as coaches/daycounselor and medical staff, when necessary, to ensure campers' needsare foreseen, understood, and dealt with appropriately; e.g.,homesickness, peer challenges, overnight issues.

　　They will also be integral in the serving of camper meals during camp meals,cleaning camp facilities including but not limited to the Barn, the EDGECafe, EDGE lobby, camper rooms, vehicles, camper rooms, camplaundry, as well as stocking and folding retail merchandise at the Barn andCamp Store. Activities Foreman can assist in the transportation of campers bydriving 15 passenger vans. Other duties can include assisting the park crewwith summer terrain park maintenance by digging, raking, and moving features.

　　The Activities is a full-time seasonal position. Days and hours may vary butwill include weekends and holidays. Must be able to work in all campenvironments within a variety of hours. Good written and oral communicationskills and team player attitude required. Candidates must be available to workuntil the end of the summer camp season.

　　Basic Requirements:- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs- Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background checkwill be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will bedone in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.- Must have a valid US Driver's License- High School degree or equivalent- Bending, reaching, climbing- Pushing/Pulling- Prolonged standing- Confined sitting- Eye/hand coordination- Visual concentration on equipment- Concentrated reading and writing- Rapid reaction to physical changes (operating equipment)- Peripheral, color, and depth vision- Extended periods of outdoor exposure- Extreme cold- Extreme heat and sun exposure- Variation in temperature from hot to cold
