　　OverviewThis key hotel position is responsible for staffing and acting as a front desk agent during the overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7 am, answering phones, registering guests, accepting payments, and providing outstanding customer service. This is an On-Campus ACAVariable Position

　　ResponsibilitiesThis key hotel position is responsible for staffing and acting as a front desk agent during the overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7 am,answering phones, registering guests, accepting payments, and providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, the night auditor is responsible for preparing the hotel's end-of-day financial reports, performing end-of-day functions on the hotel's property management system, such as posting room charges and taxes, reconciling payments, and performing other financial and accounting-related duties. (2 to 4 nights a week) We need immediate coverage for the graveyard shift on Tuesday, Thursday, and work other nights as needed. We are looking for someone that is staying on campus through the holidays.

　　QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

　　US Work Authorization.Excellent customer service skills.Personable and warm personality.Outstanding customer relation skills, detail-oriented, and be able to follow policies and procedures.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Hotel experience or someone that has worked graveyard shift is preferred.
