　　What you will be doing

　　Follow EHS Responsibilities & Accountabilities in accordance with Company Policy. Strictly comply with all safety rules issued by Company. Comply with Code of Ethics. / Tuân thủ trách nhiệm về An toàn Sức khỏe và Môi trường theo chính sách công ty. Nghiêm túc tuân theo tất cả luật an toàn do công ty ban hành.

　　Follow the assignment of SVC FOD Foremen / Supervisor. Prompt response to customers’ requests and explain the works to customers. / Tuân theo sự phân công của Tổ trưởng / Giám sát. Đáp ứng kịp thời các yêu cầu của khách hàng và giải thích các công việc cho khách hàng rõ.

　　Maintain unit maintenance schedule and execute any call-backs from the Call-back Centre and customers. / Duy trì kế hoạch bảo trì thiết bị và thực hiện sửa chữa theo yêu cầu của trung tâm sửa chữa và khách hàng.

　　Implement preventive maintenance works within the approved time to ensure the unit in good condition and fill in the maintenance check list. During the routine maintenance, always try to find the oportunities for new T job and report to Foreman for further action. Do the T job if required. / Thực hiện việc bảo trì ngăn ngừa trong thời gian cho phép để bảo đảm thiết bị trong tình trạng tốt và điền vào phiếu kiểm tra bảo trì. Trong khi bảo trì, luôn luôn tìm cơ hội cho hợp đồng T và báo cáo về Tổ trưởng để có kế hoạch tiếp theo. Thực hiện hợp đồng T khi được yêu cầu.

　　After finishing the job (maintenance, repair), fill the FHR (Field Hour Report) with full information (arrival time, completion time, status of unit, reason of breakdown, solution, material replacement) and submit to customer for their signature. With T contract, after completion he should submit the hand over minutes to customer for their signature. / Sau khi hoàn thành công việc (bảo trì, sửa chữa), phải điền vào phiếu công tác FHR với đầy đủ thông tin (giờ đến, giờ hoàn tất, tình trạng thiết bị, lý do hư hỏng, giải pháp, vật tư thay thế) và trình cho khách hàng để ký nhận. Với hợp đồng T, sau khi hoàn tất nhân viên phải trình biên bản nghiệm thu cho khách hàng để ký nhận.

　　Report and recommend to SVC FOD Foreman / Supervisor any parts replacement / repairs after routine maintenance. / Báo cáo và đề nghị cho Tổ trưởng / Giám sát của SVC FOD về bất cứ vật tư cần thay thế / sửa chữa sau khi bảo trì định kỳ.

　　Report any difficult repair jobs to SVC FOD Supervisor to get the advice or support to ensure the problem will be fixed completely. / Báo cáo bất cứ công việc khó nào cho Giám Sát SVC FOD để có hỗ trợ để bảo đảm vấn đề được hoàn tất triệt để.

　　Call to call back center to inform the final project and last working time for recording. With repair job, he must inform to call back center arrival time, finish time, reason and solution of problem. / Gọi về trung tâm sửa chữa để thông báo về công trình cuối cùng và giờ làm việc cuối cùng trong ngày để ghi nhận. Đối với công việc sửa chữa, nhân viên phải báo về trung tâm sửa chữa giờ đến, giờ hoàn tất, lý do và giải pháp sửa chữa.

　　Co-ordinate & supervision on repair works carried out by sub-contractors. / Phối hợp & giám sát các công việc sửa chữa do nhà thầu phụ thực hiện.

　　Report the status of the units to SVC FOD Supervisor/HoD. / Báo cáo tình trạng của thiết bị cho Giám Sát / Trưởng Bộ Phận Bảo Trì.

　　Ready to work overtime when necessary and required by Foreman / Supervisor / Manager. Ready for stand-by during non-working hours / days, report to call back center in the next day all the repair information in this period. / L àm việc ngoài giờ khi cần thiết và được yêu cầu bởi Tổ trưởng / Giám sát / Trưởng bộ phận. Sẵn sàng trực ngoài giờ / ngoài ngày làm việc, báo cáo về trung tâm sửa chữa trong ngày kế tiếp tất cả các thông tin sửa chữa trong thời gian này.

　　Support other SVC FOD member, working in the team-work mindset. / Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ các thành viên khác của bộ phận SVC FOD, làm việc trong tinh thần công tác nhóm.

　　Support the store-keeper to ensure the storage always in 5S condition. Keep the SVC FOD area in well-organized and clean condition. / Trong khi trực tại văn phòng, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ thủ kho để bảo đảm kho luôn trong tình trạng 5S.

　　Attend all the safety training (if required) to ensure working in safe manner; and must attend all the technical training to improve the knowledge. / Tham gia tất cả các lớp huấn luyện về an toàn (nếu được yêu cầu) để bảo đảm công việc được thực hiện an toàn; và phải tham gia tất cả các huấn luyện kỹ thuật để cải thiện kiến thức.

　　Keep company’s equipments in good condition. Strictly follow company’s policies. Report and request to replace malfunction the equipments (if receiving the warnings from maintenance company). / Bảo quản c á c công cụ làm việc trong tình trạng tốt. Triệt để tuân thủ chính sách công ty về các công cụ làm việc . Báo cáo và yêu cầu thay thế các bộ phận hỏng (nếu nhận được cảnh báo của công ty).

　　Perform other duties may be assigned. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi được yêu cầu.
